I recently shared a speaking platform with Perry Timms, Head of organisational development at The BIG Lottery Fund - the UK's largest distributor of lottery money.
It would be an understatement to say he's passionate about his day job and the people he works alongside. And certainly an understatement to say he delivers his views and innovative thinking with equal passion.
I was therefore deeply flattered to be asked to join him on his 2 day off-site programme called Working Together Two at the BIG Lottery Fund. As would be expected from Perry, the programme construct is 'very' different and I'm really looking forward to playing my part, sharing relevant leadership and entrepreneurial secrets from the world's leading retail bosses.
It's going to be serious work and serious fun in Birmingham 22-23rd March - and a great last gig before I set off for my 7 week around-the-world speaking tour on the 25th March (details to follow shortly but I'm visiting USA, NZ, Australia, HK and South Africa).
